Building a Financially Capable Generation – Activity for for Secondary School Students

For the attention of teachers of Accounting, Business Studies and Economics

The activity “Building a Financially Capable Generation” is being organized in collaboration with JAYE Malta to provide an experience for Year 9 and Year 10 students who would like to experience a hands-on activity about money management decisions. The activity will be held in-person or online and in any day in March depending on the teacher’s preference. Bookings need to be made by not later than Monday 28th February 2022. National Innovation Challenge for Students aged 12-16 Years

The Young Enterprise Malta Foundation (JAYE), in collaboration with the HSBC Foundation, are organising the National Innovation Challenge: Building a Financially Capable Generation. The purpose of this event is to create an innovative environment, as the students will be faced with a financial challenge, to which they have to come up with a solution. They will then present their ideas through a presentation and video to a judging panel.

The event will be held on the 24th of April, from 9:00 – 15:00 on ZOOM online platform, and is open to students aged 12-16 Years. Students are encouraged to form groups of 5-10 members, and can register either individually or as a whole team:
