Elaine Zammit, għalliema tal-istudji soċjali, ippreparat din ir-riżorsa għal dawk it-tfal li bħalissa jinsabu id-dar minħabba l-egħluq tal-iskejjel. Dan il-kwizz huwa ideali għal studenti tar-raba’ sena primarja fejn permezz tiegħu l-istudenti jsiru jafu iktar dwar il-postijiet tal-gżejjer Maltin. Din ir-riżorsa hija ideali biex l-istudenti jilħqu l-mira tat-tagħlim Ġ4.1.2 Nesploraw il-pożizzjoni ġeografika ta’ xi bliet u rħula Maltin u Għawdxin.
L-ewwel jistgħu jibdew billi jaraw dan il-filmat fejn jagħti ħarsa fuq diversi lokalitajiet f’Malta u Għawdex:
Il-kwizz jagħti l-opportunita’ lill-istudenti biex ikabbru l-għarfien tagħhom dwar il-karatteristiċi ta’ bosta bliet u rħula f’Malta u Għawdex. L-istampi jgħinu lill-istudenti biex jabbinawhom mal-mistoqsija, u fl-istess ħin ikun hemm ċans li l-istudenti jgħarfu l-postijiet jekk ikunu diġa marru fihom. Il-kwiżż jista’ jiġi repetut iktar minn darba u huwa mod alternattiv kif wieħed jista’ jirrevedi l-materjal li sar fil-klassi b’mod iktar interattiv u li jappella għall-istudenti. Din hija il-link u importanti li wieħed jagħfas fuq Solo Practice biex ikun jista’ jintlagħab:
Mistoqsijiet li jistgħu jakkumpanjaw din l-attivita’:
-Ġieli mort fil-postijiet msemmija? X’laqtek?
-Taf issemmi postijiet oħra f’Malta u Għawdex u għalfejn huma msemmijin?
-Jekk ikollok diffikulta’ biex tkun taf post fejn jinsab, taf x’tista’ tuża’ biex jgħinek issib ir-risposta?
F’dan il-każ wieħed jista’ jsemmi u juri fil-prattika l-użu ta’ Google maps. Permezz ta’ din l-għodda wieħed jista’ jesperimenta iktar filwaqt li jitgħallem u jsir iktar familjari fejn jinsabu diversi postijiet fil-gżejjer Maltin.
