The National Literacy Agency is organising workshops for childcare centre managers, educators and carers entitled: Language development of babies and toddlers in a bilingual context. These workshops will be held online via MS Teams. The workshops will be dealing with the following topics:

1. Promoting bilingualism in the childcare centre by Dr Lara Ann Vella on 8th March 2022, from 16:00 to 17:00;
2. The development of emergent literacy skills in Maltese and English by Ms Miriam Schembri on 15th March 2022, from 16:00 to 17:00.

An invitation to attend these sessions will be sent the day before each session. Participants who take part in these workshops will be presented with a certificate of participation.
