The Directorate for Learning and Assessment Programmes in collaboration with the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, is organising an online German activity – Es war einmal … / Once upon a time …Students in Year 5 and Year 6 as well as students learning German in Year 7, Year 8, Year 9 and Year 10 are invited to participate in this online activity. This is a great opportunity for our students to enter the world of Fairy Tales and Legends in German Speaking Countries and find creative ways to describe them.

All participants will get a certificate of participation and a pack of resources will be given to all schools. The two schools (Primary and Secondary) with most entries will get an extra pack of resources. Interested teachers are kindly requested to send the students’ videos, photos or presentations by Friday 2nd April 2021 to Ms Erica Kawka Armeni on erica.kawka.armeni@ilearn.edu.mt. Collaborative work is also encouraged.
